    Access to the Exhibition and documents to present


    What are the dates and opening hours for the next Exhibition?
    The Exhibition is from the 6th of November to the 10th of November 2017.
    • Tuesday 7th November: 09:00 am to 06:00 pm
    • Wednesday 8th and Thursday 9th November: 09:00 am to 08:00 pm
    • Friday 10 November: 09:00 am to 05:00 pm


    I am a visitor, which documents shall I present at the entrance to the Exhibition?
    Present only your printed badge from the confirmation e-mail you have received when ordering it.

    As an individual, is it possible to visit the Exhibition?
    It is not possible. The BATIMAT Exhibition is strictly reserved to the professionals.
    (An ID or professional voucher can be requested at the entrance to the Exhibition)

    As a student, is it possible to visit the Exhibition?
    Yes, you just have to order your badge on the website.
    • If you come alone, the entrance fees are €15.
    • If you are a group (10 people minimum), the entrance fees are €10 per person.
    Your student card will be requested at the entrance to the Exhibition.



    Getting badges


    Until when can we register ourselves?
    The online badge order is available until the end of the Exhibition on November, 10, 2017.

    I am a visitor, what is the fee for a badge on the site?
    The fee is €65.00 VAT included.
    o If you have an invitation, your badge is free if you order it online before the Exhibition.
    Enter your invitation code in the dedicated box and fill in the online form. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you with your access badge to the Exhibition.
    o If you don’t have an invitation, your badge will cost 45€ VAT included online.
    **On the website, click directly on "Continue without entering a code."

    I have received an invitation card from my suppliers. What shall I do with?
    Connect to the website.
    Enter your invitation card on the dedicated box, fill in the online form and validate.
    You will receive by e-mail your order confirmation with your access badge. You just have to print and present it at the entrance to the Exhibition.

    I cannot order my badge online, who shall I contact?
    For any question regarding registrations, please send an e-mail to: infointerclima@reedexpo.fr

    How do I know if I am well registered?
    During the badge order process, you should have received a confirmation e-mail. This e-mail can be sent up to 30 min.

    Passing this time, if you still haven’t received the confirmation check your anti-spam filter.

    I ordered my badge online, but I received nothing.
    A confirmation e-mail with your access badge has been sent to you with the 30 min following your registration.

    Is my badge valid during the Exhibition?
    Yes, it is valid during the 5 days of the Exhibition.

    I would like an order voucher.
    During the badge order process, you will receive a confirmation e-mail including a link to your order summary, which is your voucher (especially for your expenses). No other voucher can be provided.

    I lost my badge, what shall I do?
    Present yourself to the reception "Registered without badges" at the entrance to the Exhibition and it will be reprinted.

    Can I order several badges at the same time, for my colleagues and myself for example?
    While ordering your badge, you can register up to 5 colleagues of your company.



    Transportation & Accommodation


    How to find an accommodation around the Exhibition Centre? In Paris?
    A selection of hotels around the Exhibition Centre and in Paris is available on the website into the index "Practical information > How to come > Coming from abroad > Accommodation"
    You also can book directly online and localize your hotel on the map compared to the Exhibition location.

    Are there exist special rates for Travelling & Accommodation?
    Partnerships with SNCF, Air France and KLM were negotiated in order to have special rates during the Exhibition.
    Information and special code offers can be found in the index "Practical information > Advantages”

    Free shuttles are at your disposal for the transfer between some airports and train stations to the Exhibition Centre.

    If my hotel is located in Roissy, where can I go eating?
    Discover the list of all the restaurants in and around Roissy en France in partnership with the village of Roissy-en-France.

    Where can I take a shuttle to go to the Exhibition Centre? Shall I pay?
    You have the possibility to take the free shuttles, which are located at:
    - Gare du Nord – Gare Montparnasse
    - Roissy CDG
    - Porte Maillot

    Where can I find the shuttle’s schedule?
    Consult the schedule for each shuttle in the index "Practical information > How to come > Coming from abroad > Free shuttles”

    If there are no longer shuttles, how can I go to the Exhibition?
    I there are no longer shuttles, you have the possibility to use the public transportations to go to the Exhibition:
    - Gare du Nord: Take the RER B direction Aéroport Charles-de Gaulle-2 TGV – Station "Parc des expositions"
    - Gare Montparnasse: Take the subway 4 direction Porte d’Orléans – station "Denfert-Rochereau"
    THEN take the RER B direction Aéroport Charles de Gaulle 2 TGV – Station "Parc des expositions"
    - Roissy CDG: Take the RER B – get off at the station "Parc des Expositions"
    - Porte Maillot: Take the subway 1 direction Château de Vincennes – Station "Châtelet"
    THEN take the RER B direction Aéroport Charles-de-Gaulle – Station "Parc des Expositions"

    I am using public transport, how to go to the Exhibition Centre?
    - By public transportation: take the RER B direction Aéroport Charles-de-Gaulle 2 TGV – Station "Parc des Expositions."

    - By shuttle: a service of free shuttle is at your disposal. Departures at Gare du Nord and Gare Montparnasse - Roissy airport - Porte Maillot

    I am coming by car, how to go to the Exhibition Centre?
    The address is: Parc des Expositions de Paris Nord Villepinte - ZAC Paris Nord 2 - 93420 Villepinte
    GPS coordinates: Latitude: 48°58'03''N - Longitude: 2°31'06''E
    • For the Exhibitors, take the #1 Exit on the A104 highway.
    • For the Visitors, take the #2 Exit on the A104 highway.

    How long will I wait for the RER?
    There is a RER B once every 6 min during rush hours (between 7.00 a.m. and 10.00 a.m. and between 4.00 p.m. and 7.00 p.m.)
    Beyond those hours, there is one RER once every 16-20 min.

    Consult the RER B hours on the RATP website.

    Can I park my car near the Exhibition Center? Is it free or charged?
    Yes, 14,000 parking places are at your disposal around the Exhibition Centre. The payment is made at the exit of every parking.
    The parking rates are:
    0H – 3H : €0.80 / 15mn
    3H01 – 6H : €0.60 / 15mn
    6H01 – 9H : €0.30 / 15mn
    From the 9th to the 24th hour : €20
    Then, every 24 hours and if you lost your ticket: €20

    How can I get to the entrance of Exhibition from the parking?
    Hosts and hostesses are there to guide you to the different entrances to the Exhibition.
    In addition, signage will be there to provide all necessary information.

    How can I go back to my car once I am done?
    Inside the Exhibition Center, accesses to the parking are indicated with information boards.
    At the entrance to the parking, hosts and hostesses will how you the way to your parking (P1, P2 or P3).

    How can I get back to my hotel after the night-day of the Exhibition?
    Free shuttles are at your disposal between 7.30 p.m. and 9.30 p.m. every 30 min to Porte Maillot and Gare du Nord.
    You also have the possibility to book a taxi, which numbers are indicated in the index "Practical information > How to come > Coming from abroad > Free Shuttles”



    Services for visitors


    How can I get an invitation letter for my visa request?
    • Fill in the form online during your registration or on your visitor space; then download your invitation letter sent also by e-mail to you.
    • Send this letter to the embassy or the consulate of France in your country. Please note that the embassy or consulate is the only decision-maker for getting the visa and is your only contact for any further information.

    What is the VIP badge? What does it include?
    You need to receive beforehand a VIP invitation card.
    You can order it directly on the website with the code written on the invitation or get it directly during the Exhibition by giving the invitation to the VIP desk at the entrances.

    This badge offers you:
    • A free entrance to the Exhibition with a special Welcome.
    • A free locker to stock your personal affairs.
    • The catalogues of the three Exhibitions.

    Will it have a locker for the visitors?
    Yes, you have a charged locker at your disposal at the entrance to the Exhibition. Please come back for your personal affairs 30 min before the end of the Exhibition. Suitcases are also allowed in the locker.

    Is it possible to eat on the site?
    There are 20 restaurants on site, located between the Welcome hallway and each Hall.
    Discover all the restaurants around the Exhibition Center.

    How can I find my way in the Exhibition?
    The Exhibition is divided into 9 Halls. A signage is there to help you find your way and guide you during your visit.
    - Halls 1 and 2 are dedicated to Interclima+elec.
    - Hall 3 is dedicated to Ideo bain.
    - Halls 5A, 5B and 6 are dedicated to BATIMAT.
    You can consult and download the general map of the Exhibition in the index "Practical Information"

    How can I get the catalog on the site?
    You can order it while ordering your badge and get it on site to the Information desks.
    You can also buy it directly on site at the Information desks.

    I won’t be able to come to the Exhibition, how get the catalog?
    The catalog is on sale after the Exhibition for €60.00 VAT excluded shipping costs.

    Can I have an access to Internet on the Exhibition?
    Yes, a charged Business Center is at your disposal in the Welcome hallway.



    Conferences and Events


    Where can I find the conference program?
    The program is available online before and during the exhibition. A paper program will also be available during the exhibition on racks at entrances of each hall and Conference’s spaces. Do not hesitate to ask for it to the hostesses.

    Who are the conferences for?
    For all our visitors. This is an opportunity to do a thorough update on the latest trends in building design through a complete conference program that will provide answers to all your questions.

    How to find the conference that interests me?
    A search engine is available on the website in the tab conferences & events. You can target conferences per theme, per day, per speaker, etc.

    What is the difference between "conference and exhibitor" workshop?
    Exhibitor’s workshops are slots available for our exhibitors to speak on the topic of their choice.
    The conference program is created upstream by a dedicated team.

    I am a visitor, can I attend the conferences of all Exhibitions?
    Yes. Any BATIMAT, Interclima+elec or ideobain badge gives access to all BATIMAT, Interclima+elec and Ideobain conferences.

    Is the access to the conferences free?
    Yes, the access to the conferences is free.

    Do I need to register to attend the conferences?
    No, you don’t need to register to attend the conferences.

    Are the lectures recorded?
    No, the lectures are not recorded.
