How do I get my access badge?

Get your pass online => Registration

We invite you to register exclusively through your dedicated exhibitor hub. Your exhibitor badge will allow you access to the show before it opens to the general public.

Students from accredited schools can access the trade show free of charge.
Accreditation for student groups will be handled exclusively online.

You qualify for a reduced rate of €17 (excl. tax).
Registration takes place at the event upon presentation of proof of status (proof of enrollment or a valid student ID card).

You are eligible for a reduced rate of €17 (excl. tax).

We invite you to contact the exhibitor you are working for to obtain information regarding access conditions for service providers (instructions in their exhibitor hub).

Obtaining the "press" badge is subject to review by our press agency. => Press / Order my pass

We remind you that persons under 18 years of age may not access the show except in duly indicated exceptional circumstances and/or with prior written authorization from the organizer (such as previously registered students).

  • After registering online, you will receive a confirmation email. Your badge will be available two weeks before the event opens.
  • Printing your badge is not mandatory; however, you must present your registration confirmation—which includes a QR code—at the event reception.
  • If you wish to print your badge, we recommend doing so in advance to gain direct access to the event and avoid waiting for on-site printing.
  • Your registration is issued in your name and is non-transferable. It is valid for the entire duration of the event, and you will be required to present it (QR code or badge) each time you enter the venue.

Premium Visitor Pass: €150 (VAT excl.)

Students and job seekers: €17 (VAT excl.)
Schools/Accompanied student groups: Free (subject to prior approval)

Badge not received, what should I do?

After registering online, you will receive a confirmation email. Your badge will be available two weeks before the event opens.

Confirmation emails may end up in your spam folder. If you haven't received them, please contact our customer service using the Helpdesk form or by phone at +33 1 47 56 52 01, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Need a visa to attend the show, how do I apply?

Depending on your departure location, a visa may be required to enter France. Please consult the France-Visas website to find out which documents are required for entry into France.

The visa letter can be downloaded from your registration confirmation email.

Are the conferences translated?

Simultaneous interpretation for the conferences is provided in the following rooms:

Agora 1 (Hall 1)
Agora 5.2 (Hall 5.2)
Agora 4 (Hall 4)

The entire program is simultaneously interpreted into English, Italian, and Spanish.

Please bring your own headphones for the interpretation service.

The badge provides:

  • The 4 day pass costs 17€ VAT excl.
  • Available for purchase on-site only
  • Upon presentation of proof
  • Payment: credit card or cash

If you wish to access the exhibition with a group of students, you can request a School Badge.

Pricing

We encourage you to reserve your badge as soon as possible to benefit from the best price.

  • Professional Visitor:
    Before June 30, 2026: €35 excluding VAT per person
    After July 1, 2026, on-site or online: €70 excluding VAT per person

  • Student or Job Seeker: €17 excluding VAT per person

  • Teacher/School Badge: Free (badge allocation is subject to approval)

Online payment can be made by Visa or Mastercard credit card.

Your badge is personal and non-transferable, and it is valid for all 4 days of the exhibition.

You can order a badge for your visitor colleagues through the ticketing system by selecting the option "Register" > "Colleagues only".

For exhibitor colleagues, please visit your upcoming exhibitor area.

After ordering your access badge, you will receive a confirmation email.

You can either print your badge 15 days before the opening or present your confirmation email at the exhibition entrance.

What are the safety and security guidelines during the event?

The security measures at the Porte de Versailles exhibition center (VIPARIS) include:

  • Increased general control teams throughout all exhibition halls and outdoor common areas
  • Inspection of all bags of visitors and exhibitors at each entrance to the exhibition center
  • Presence of security personnel in the outdoor common areas of the exhibition center

It is therefore important to point out that RX France group complies with European legislation on data protection (GDPR). RX France does not sell or rent its data to third party companies. The messages you receive from these companies are therefore fraudulent and have no connection with Idéobain and the RX France group.
